Ahhh, Just Another Two4K

Morning Team,

In the past two days, between Impact Club Boise and Coeur d’Alene members, more than $24,000 was donated to local charities. The best part? Online donations means that money is already collected.

I had an Operations meeting with The Giving Group yesterday, with their President, Steve Lamb, and their Treasurer, Jenn Baggs, to standardize the dispersement process.

Here’s how it’ll work:

The day after the event, Impact Club, Sarah in my office, will confirm with the winning local charity how they would like to receive funds – via check? or via wire transfer?

Depending on their answer, Sarah will collect that appropriate information and pass that along to The Giving Group. Jenn, the Treasurer, will then, no later than 5 days after the funds have been charged, mail or transfer the member donations collected to the winner.

My team and I, in order to keep all parties in constant communication, have devised an Operational process flow.

From the National level, me, my office, will coordinate with The Giving Group.

The local charities.

And the Co-founders.

Our local Co-founders, will then pass all updates on to each Impact Club’s members. As it is important for us to create a system of total transparency. Communication everything.

2nd Payment – 30 Days later

At the 30 day mark (after the event) any additional member donations that have been collected since the event. Jenn will then release those funds, again, no later than 5 days after the 30 day mark, when donations for the previous event cease in preparation for the next event.

Same thing here, in terms of communication. (We’ll keep everyone in the loop.)

Trust is everything.

I am a person of my word. And so are my Co-founders. And if I ever discover otherwise, it will be a very bad day for that person, as I will be ruthless in my attack of their morals and Character.

Then will come any necessary legal action.

Without trust.

And integrity.

A moral character.

Impact Club could not exist. (So I will champion and protect those things at all cost).

Should you ever have a concern: Ryan@ImpactClub.com

I’m always eager to listen and to hear feedback. We are still working toward many things. Some small. Some massive. And there will be challenges and growing pains along the way.

But if you ever think we’re failing you in some way, please let me know.

Growth is function of breakdown, failure, then FIX.

So I am never offended by ideas.
