StoryEngine + Voices

= Amplification of Profound Impact

Do you see what we’ve done? We’ve created the two ingredients that drive virality. 1) For each charitable presenter, we’ve created the mini-documentary as their StoryEngine. Then 2) in each local market, there are more than 100 of us to share and spread that StoryEngine.

The result?

Massive awareness through Facebook and other social media channels.

To win hearts and minds, first and foremost, no different than a business owner. Local charities must find an effective method to expose more folks to their message. And what could be more effective than a powerful StoryEngine, backed by the personal endorsement, lots of them, from Impact Club members who believe in and voted for that message?

Powerful Story + Impact Club Community = Viral Megaphone!

Again, if you wish to see proof of this, I invite you to explore Impact Club. In fact, let me take you back. To launch Impact Club, I simply wrote a story. I presented those words to a small group. I filmed and documented that presentation. Then, starting with no Impact Club members, Sloper (my business partner) shared that video and tagged 64 people.

In less 30 days, it was viewed nearly 7,500 times.

Shared nearly 70 times.

And secured 112 founding Impact Club members, prior to the first ever Impact Club event back on December 19th, 2016.

As of today, in all its forms, that original StoryEngine. Which lives on the Impact Club homepage, has been viewed hundreds-of-thousands of times – driving nearly a million dollars in new donation commitments through Impact Club membership. So yes, the formula works quite well. And when you combine the ability to drive virality (Story Engine + Impact Club Community) with a well executed charitable campaign, it’s not difficult to raise tens of thousands for local causes.

The power of your voice? It’s called Amplification.

Ryan Fletcher
Co-Founder, CEO, Head of Community

After 47 rejections from medical school, Fletcher realized his failure. He couldn’t inspire the admissions committee. This painful lesson, having never gotten accepted, led him on a journey to discover how words could be used to inspire. As a storyteller, he launched businesses, transformed businesses. Built communities. Then shared what he learned with others. Impact Club, working with those he collaborated with, got its genesis from that decade long journey. Now, to the best of his ability, Fletcher represents the interests of his co-founders and thousands of Impact Club members around the world.
