Through ImpactClub®, as Impact Venture Capitalists, we invest heavily in local charities that demonstrate a powerful “Story Engine” and have proven their willingness to fight for their cause – by competing in and winning a high-stakes competition. As a result, ImpactClub®, through Impact Venture Capitalism, has dramatically multiplied the Impact that a single person can have on charities in their local community.
The Charities
SOAR is an ALL VOLUNTEER organization with no paid staff. We formed our board through a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults who have challenges meeting their basic needs in a confidential, respectful, and dignified manner.
The Animal Welfare League of Frederick County (AWLFC) is an all-volunteer, no-kill animal rescue and welfare organization. We promote the humane treatment of all animals through education, advocacy, and collaboration with other humane organizations.
“Since its founding in 1967, SSCM has provided vital services to low-income Maryland residents with limited English proficiency, ensuring their equal participation in society. Many of our clients are recent immigrants and speak Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic or Russian.
