Through ImpactClub®, as Impact Venture Capitalists, we invest heavily in local charities that demonstrate a powerful “Story Engine” and have proven their willingness to fight for their cause – by competing in and winning a high-stakes competition. As a result, ImpactClub®, through Impact Venture Capitalism, has dramatically multiplied the Impact that a single person can have on charities in their local community.
In the Spring of 2018–inspired by the endless tragedies in their community and the films ANONYMOUS PEOPLE and GENERATION FOUND–a group of residents in Frederick, Maryland recognized the need for safe educational and social options for young people.
At Girls on the Run, we inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. Trained coaches lead small teams through our research-based curricula which includes dynamic discussions, activities, and running games.
The Margaret Byrd Rawson Institute (MBRI) is dedicated to improving the lives of dyslexic children. Margaret was a true pioneer and leader in education, influenced not only Frederick County and the State of Maryland, but impacted the nation and the world.
