Conscious Capitalists

This is a new breed of entrepreneur. They understand the importance of being world-renowned storytellers. These people are driven by a Heroic purpose—to impact the lives of all stakeholders; including customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and society. Through their immense purpose they create evangelists who sing their praises. These visionaries don’t just sell products or services. Eventually, they strive to transform our current world – (starting locally).

Growth Hacker

What the hell is a growth hacker? Let’s put it this way. If you don’t know what it is, then you’re not one. These mythical beings used to reside in the confines of Silicon Valley. Behind every unicorn and fast-growth startup, was a Growth Hacker. Over time, the application of their methods broadened. Their job isn’t to “do” marketing as most marketers do. It’s to grow companies really fast to take something from nothing and make it enormous within an incredibly tight window. In a phrase: They don’t focus on linear growth. They focus on building self-sustaining and self-propagating growth engines.

Charitable Founder

The defining characteristic of this person is conviction. They are out to right a wrong. To defeat an enemy. To embolden the weak. To uplift the unfortunate. They are ruthless in the name of compassion. In a word, they are fighters. They text message. They send emails. They organize. Their weapon is the message. Their mission is the cause. And despite the direction, all roads point forward.

Affected Families

You know who you are. If your child has fought leukemia. Battles Diabetes. If you’ve lost a sister or mother to breast cancer. A brother to Parkinson’s. A parent to ALS. Or any family member to any other disease. Then you’ve been affected. And these people, they fascinate me. They find strength and conviction in the courage of loved ones. They find hope and inspiration, in times of despair. They’ve seen loved ones at their strongest. And weakest. And most, to honor that family member, have made a vow.

The Connector

It’s not by accident this person is always flooded with opportunity. His singular focus is on relationships. In the words of Tim Ferriss, “My network IS my net worth.” And that motto, is one he’s adopted wholeheartedly. The Connector, he understands: relationships are a conduit to business. To new partnerships. To new opportunities. To fun and adventure. When asked about his success. He keeps telling people. “It’s not what you know. It’s who you know.” But they don’t believe him.

Our goal from a Media Company standpoint, is to bring each group of folks in this community, the updates and information that interests them. Business owners are interested in aspects of growth and purpose-driven impact.

Conscious capitalism, a great book. Outlines the utopia that can be, where businesses and communities exist together. Working toward a common good. Making universal impact, for all parties.

If we don’t all grow smarter and more connected, we will fail in our biggest mission – TO BE – the strongest community in every community.

They say “Education is the secret.”

I believe practical application (of that learned knowledge) is the secret. We know Story, and building StoryEngines can inspire folks, change beliefs, influence, persuade, strengthen relationships – but if we don’t discuss the practicalities of that. Like “how to” craft effective stories. How to “distribute” effective stories. Then what good is the “knowledge” that stories are powerful?…

I imagine the smartest Charitable founders contributing to this community. I imagine the smartest Growth Hackers contributing to this community. I imagine the smartest Conscious Capitalists contributing to this community. I imagine the strongest Connectors contributing to this community…

I imagine the heart and soul of Affected Families, and their invaluable lessons learned derived from their painful experiences, contributing to this community. From pain comes conviction, transformation and inspiration…
