Power of the Paw
Power of the Paw is a home based foster organization focusing on pulling animals from local kill shelters and helping homeless animals in our community. Our target animals are those that are less desirable including, seniors, injured, sick/medical cases, and black animals. The dogs and cats in our care are treated like our own until their new family is found. All animals within our rescue receive medical attention including basic vaccines, being spayed or neutered, flea treatment and microchips including any additional medical treatment that may be necessary. Our secondary focus is to educate the public on responsible pet ownership. We discuss the importance high quality food as well as spay and neuter to maintain the pet population.
