Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation

The Kids Safety Around Firearms Education (S.A.F.E.) Foundation is a small grassroots safety and education organization. We focus on kids Firearm and Accident prevention. Derek LeBlanc began developing the Kids Firearm Safety Program in late 2014 with the goal of educating families by taking the novelty away from firearms; encouraging dialog within the home; and identifying proper handling and secure storage. This program is like no other in the country. Derek continues to work on being able to teach it in local schools—similar to fire or water safety courses. It is our goal to reach as many kids as possible to prevent senseless tragedies. We take a non-political approach and speak strictly safety. We are also affiliated with Lethal Lovebirds, LLC, where the goal is to train and empower others through preparation, self-protection, and self-reliance. Lethal Lovebirds offers instruction in firearms training and skill building, women’s only firearm training, and concealed carry (Oregon and Utah). Since the beginning of the year we have reached over 5600 kids in Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. Our biggest challenge is fundraising, we need your help to continue our mission to save lives, with your help we can reach even more kids!! ZERO Firearm Accidents is the only acceptable goal!
