Err… I’m Scared.

“Impact Venture Capitalists!”

Morning Team…

Toward the first of the year, all the infrastructure that we’ve built to scale Impact Club to hundreds of local communities will finally launch. And truth told, it scares me. There are a million moving parts. Are we ready? This is where self-doubt creeps in. You begin to question.

What if… what if…

What if…

As my Dad always told me, though, “You either decide to do it, or you don’t.” And his point was, “Depending on your decision, it will determine the kind of a person you are.” One that was too scarred, or one with the courage to push forward? So screw it. We’re going all in, data entry is taking place now.

The new studio, seen in that photo above, is now finished and will be used to create the launch content. You see the microphone there too? That’ll be the foundation of a new podcast, to spread our message. And through interviews, lead to new opportunities and partnerships

Impact Club is, by far, the greatest venture I’ve ever tackled.

I’ve learned so much.

But I also fear, I haven’t learned enough. What don’t I know, that I need to know? What gives me confidence, though, is the full strength of this community that has my back. From the beginning, we’ve been in this together.

A Community un-like any other:

– Conscious Capitalists – fusing business and impact

– Growth Hackers – looking at different ways to expedite growth and distribution

– Charitable Founders – who have dedicated their lives to serve others

– Affected Families – who have stories to tell

– The Connector – who connects one person, story, resource to another

Those five Character-types, for sure, give us every advantage to defend against whatever problem that may threaten our forward movement. Which is a far cry from my old mindset, which believed (foolishly) that I could achieve just as much, alone. I was wrong. And alone, I couldn’t have the confidence to push forward.

So, Impact Studio – built.

New Infrastructure – almost complete

Data entry – taking place now

Launch content – the production team is working on it

We’re getting close!!!

And why do I feel so passionate about this?

Because Impact Club will bring the “power of effective storytelling” to the forefront. All businesses, relationships, fundraising – move with the tide of a powerful story. Those who can tell it, win. And those who can’t (yet) is an opportunity to develop that skill, to win more hearts and minds in the future.

Everyone should have the power to ENUNCIATE their message –

In a COMPELLING and INSPIRING way,

Enter, Impact Club!

The most beautiful part? Once our local charitable founders craft that StoryEngine! – through our voice, we’re here to help spread it. And story, like a contagion, can infect and inspire others.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!
