Through ImpactClub®, as Impact Venture Capitalists, we invest heavily in local charities that demonstrate a powerful “Story Engine” and have proven their willingness to fight for their cause – by competing in and winning a high-stakes competition. As a result, ImpactClub®, through Impact Venture Capitalism, has dramatically multiplied the Impact that a single person can have on charities in their local community.
The Charities
Family Resource Information & Education Network for Down Syndrome, “F.R.I.E.N.D.S.”, was reformed in 1999 to be a support and resource group for expectant and new parents of children with Down syndrome.
Blessings in a Backpack motivates individuals, communities, and businesses to provide non-perishable, kid-friendly food to local school children every weekend and over school breaks when school meals are unavailable.
On our own of Frederick County is a wellness and recovery center located in Downtown Frederick, Maryland. We provide peer support, resources, advocacy, life/recovery coaching, educational training, and more to adults and families.
