Through ImpactClub®, as Impact Venture Capitalists, we invest heavily in local charities that demonstrate a powerful “Story Engine” and have proven their willingness to fight for their cause – by competing in and winning a high-stakes competition. As a result, ImpactClub®, through Impact Venture Capitalism, has dramatically multiplied the Impact that a single person can have on charities in their local community.
The Charities
Christian Recovery Houses, Inc. is a not-for-profit Christ-centered residential halfway house ministry in Wilmington, NC that shares in the recovery of residents by leading, teaching and embracing every resident in their new Christ filled walk. Residents of Christian Recovery Houses will now embrace a new model of living.
OASIS NC was created by two special education teachers, Erika Merriman and Kim Reinhardt, looking to further make a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. Year after year, parents would communicate their struggle to find supplemental services and programs for their children in the Wilmington area.
Located in the Winnabow, NC, Paws Place is a no-kill, non-profit shelter dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of dogs. We operate entirely on donations, volunteers, and an unending love for animals. Upon arrival, each of our dogs is fully vetted and examined. Before they are available for adoption, they are spayed or neutered.
