True North Training Stables
True North Mentors kids at risk and kids suffering from emotional trauma using horses to connect them to society, show them love and bring hope. We offer family support to parents and guardians as we mentor and counsel children. We have been in business for 6 years and typically mentor 125 children each season. We teach respect, leadership and team work, care and compassion, communication, critical thinking, patience and perseverance and trust through an 8 week program that kids can participate in more than once. We provide this service free of charge.
