The Arc promotes and protects the rights of people with intellectual and development disabilities through services that actively support their full inclusion and participation in the community. Our person-centered approach fosters a life of greater independence and self-determination. The Arc’s services include support in independent living and employment; and day programs that offer a place to develop friendships, express creativity, and connect with the community. Our two thrift stores turn your household donations into opportunities for over 700 adults in Ventura County. Together, we empower opportunity, chose, participation and contribution.
