I Believe In Me, Inc.
I Believe In Me, Inc. is a youth development non-profit that provides mentoring, reading and math programs, self-esteem and character building, socialization in society, financial literacy, and group activities for underprivileged youth in the community. Through daily intervention within the after school program (located at Asbury United Methodist Church) and one on one outreach, I Believe In Me teaches peer relationship building, and encourages a desire and love for learning, while remaining positive and productive members of society. In addition, our organization provides countless opportunities to expose the youth to opportunities beyond their current socioeconomic status’ and give them hope that one day they can escape their current situations and become successful citizens.
