The Charities
Cindy Morgan was introduced to the needs of homeless and foster youth through her father’s life experience. At age four, he was placed in the Maryland foster care system, living in four homes over fourteen years.
With a passion for cars and helping those in need, Second Chances Garage makes a difference in Frederick County, Maryland, by offering “second chances” to individuals and families on their journey to independent living.
His name was Lochlin, he was 5 years old and the most beautiful, loving young boy anyone could ask for. This was also the first time that we had ever heard of Sepsis being linked to the Flu.
