Through ImpactClub®, as Impact Venture Capitalists, we invest heavily in local charities that demonstrate a powerful “Story Engine” and have proven their willingness to fight for their cause – by competing in and winning a high-stakes competition. As a result, ImpactClub®, through Impact Venture Capitalism, has dramatically multiplied the Impact that a single person can have on charities in their local community.
The Charities
For more than 30 years, the Women’s & Children’s Alliance (WCA) has been at the forefront of providing services to women, men and their children healing from domestic abuse and sexual assault. Since its founding, the WCA’s crisis program has evolved into one of the most vital, unduplicated, comprehensive programs in our community and region.
INsideOUT is established, “to bring awareness and understanding of human trafficking to our communities instilling a commitment for action to benefit those impacted.” Our work is developed from a collaboration of nation-wide trainings from leading organizations working to eradicate human trafficking. Our training in antihuman trafficking efforts has equipped us to work with victims and other non-government and government organizations to help youth (18 and under) and to educate communities on the dangers of human trafficking.
For 20 years The Mentoring Network, Inc. has been improving life outcomes for an increasing number of vulnerable and disengaged youth who struggle daily with high risk factors in their lives. Our one-to-one mentoring services to schools in Canyon and Owyhee counties help these youth develop resilience skills and encourage them to develop personal strengths and increase their self-sufficiency.
