In Hollywood, a film takes 3 months to shoot, and 18 months of editing to bring it to life. They don’t do this because they like too. They do it, and invest in the editing process, because it’s necessary. Behind great Engines are great Mechanics.

Impact Club is building a large ecosystem of talented purpose-driven videographers and editors. As Impact Club continues to expand, massive opportunity exists for talented story-folks to deploy their craft. There is financial incentive, of course. We pay our people. But also, the chance to make a lasting impact on lives in need. The work of our StoryEngine Mechanics, affects local charities and impacts local communities, families and kids.

Ryan Fletcher

Co-Founder, CEO, Head of Community

After 47 rejections from medical school, Fletcher realized his failure. He couldn’t inspire the admissions committee. This painful lesson, having never gotten accepted, led him on a journey to discover how words could be used to inspire. As a storyteller, he launched businesses, transformed businesses. Built communities. Then shared what he learned with others. Impact Club, working with those he collaborated with, got its genesis from that decade long journey. Now, to the best of his ability, Fletcher represents the interests of his co-founders and thousands of Impact Club members around the world.
