Our Story

We are a grassroots organization that believes there is no excuse for students in our community to worry about where they will sleep, eat, or wear. We provide resources so students can concentrate on their education and build a community. Research shows us that students who are homeless for even a short period of time have social, emotional and health-related issues their entire life. We are an emergency link between students and state resources. Our services not only help the students but the Social Workers, Counselors, and teachers who are tasked to educate students that have critical needs that have to be met before they can concentrate on education. Our mission is to provide a safe place to sleep, food, emergency clothing, hygiene, and toiletry items. We are a unique organization, we can provide resources the same day. We cut through the waiting lists and red tape and take care of the need.
