Our Story

We are the only dedicated TNRM (trap, neuter, return, manage) group serving Frederick County to control the overpopulation of outdoor cats. Being a rural community, we find many farms need and want outdoor cats to help curb the population of other pests that spoil grains, crops and supplies. However, many of these farms do not have the funds or knowledge to keep these cat populations under control and in good health, mainly due to their unsocial behavior. We not only provide low-no-cost options for spay/neuter and vaccine, we educate people on the care and handling of these cats.
