Our Story

The Prince William County Community Foundation, Inc. (PWCCF) is committed to helping to improve the quality of life of the residents in our community. Our goal is to promote community solutions through research and actions that will advance the common good. Through our Combating Hunger on Wheels (C.H.O.W.) Wagon Initiative, which is our signature program, the Foundation provides food resources to residents and students (we have a partnership with the Prince William County Schools) who are food insecure on a weekly basis. Since the start of the C.H.O.W. Wagon program in 2019, we have distributed over 650,000 meals. Our goal is to eradicate hunger in our community.
