Our Story

The Miracle League of the Fox Valley, a program of Goodwill NCW, is an organized baseball league for kids ages 4-19 with cognitive and/or physical disabilities. The league started in 2010 by player parents Mark and Lisa Robbins. During the 2018 season the league consists of 207 players,16 teams and 270+ community volunteers who support the league on a weekly basis. Games are played on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at their accessible facilities, the John Wollner Fox Cities Miracle League field, in Memorial Park, Appleton. The league uses baseball to create relationships, help players grow and educate volunteers as they advocate for this under served population in our community.
